The Office Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.

Duties:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate, schedule and prepare documents for appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to technicians as needed.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks.
- Process invoices, track payments, and maintain billing records.
-Communicate with suppliers and vendors to place orders and track part deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- No experience necessary.
- High School Diploma or equivalent perferred.
