Position Overview:
Fooda is looking for a Dining Account Manager in Los Angeles to oversee the day-to-day operation of one of Fooda's enterprise clients.
This person will be responsible for all aspects of the dining program and a direct liaison to the clientThe client site location is South Bay area.

Supervising the Day-to-Day operations of an enterprise client with programs across multiple locations on their campus, ensuring the Service Experience of Fooda is consistently offered to all customers.
Oversee daily arrival and set up of all Popup restaurants - holding them to Fooda Standards of Service and SanitationWork with Delivery logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of meals by Fooda Drivers.
Recruit, train, and manage dedicated hourly staff.
Ensure all customers are rung up and properly charged for goods purchased.
Manage customer service inquiries on-site and through digital channels.
Update and maintain POS and menu software as-needed.
Weekly accounting responsibilities and ensure all financial entries are documented properly within Fooda's systemsEscalate any potential issues or questions occurring to Operations Manager when necessary to ensure proper procedures are being aligned toWhat We'll Hook You Up With:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
