Supporting other restaurant team members and leaders Primary Tasks and Responsibilities The Kitchen Team Member, under the direction and supervision of the Kitchen Shift Manager, is responsible for the following:
Preparing safe and great quality food Ensuring all products are prepared according to the appropriate procedure and recipe Following all local, federal, and Chick-fil-A food safety guidelines and standards Working with a sense of urgency and accuracy Perform all tasks and responsibilities to the best of your ability and with a sense of urgency Execute and fulfill all guest orders and leadership instruction accurately Supporting other restaurant team members and leaders Maintain a positive attitude and assume the best intention of other team members and leaders Be willing to help and support other team members and leaders with their tasks and responsibilities How will this role help you?
