The answers to all those are right here. Macano Fitness is a new small business in town to help you get there. We are a private business that provides both personal training as well as in depth personal meal and workout plans. Our two personal trainers have over 15 years of top level training experience between them. Their trainees include everyone from professional athletes to the little old lady down the street. The trainers sit down with each client to determine the clients goals. Once the goals are established a personalized workout and meal plan is assigned. Health and fitness shouldn't cost an arm and a leg, so we have partnered with local cities and facilities to help elevate some of those high membership prices.
