Overview: Located in the Los Angeles area (South Gate, CA), this company was founded in 1958 and produces tight tolerance parts for customers nationwide. For more than fifty years, this company has enjoyed serving the aerospace, construction equipment, oil field, electronics and related commercial industries. This company has built and retained an excellent team of experienced personnel, able to manage projects from initial design, through first-run and production to final shipment. They deliver prototype and production quantities of precision turned, milled and fabricated components manufactured to customer drawings and specifications using state-of-the-art processes and equipment. Responsibilities: A chance to continue to develop and hone your lathe set-up and operation skills on machines such as Mori Seiki in a positive and very busy environment.
Qualifications: We are looking for someone with: - Five years of CNC lathe setup and operation experience - The ability to read engineering drawings is, of course, a must - Experience with Fanuc controls - Experience programming would be great, but not necessary We are committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
