Principle Accountabilities:
Monitor department functions to meet deadlines required by customers.
Ensure team members are knowledgeable of company policies and procedures.
Work with other departments to assure completion of special projects, as required.
Complete annual performance reviews, answer questions, and provide constructive feedback to assist team members through performance improvement programs.
Secure resources required to support development efforts; ensure opportunities for development are available; offer to help individuals overcome obstacles to learning.
Maintain plan for call quality and customer interaction support for team members. Monitor and coach for tone, professionalism, and presentation.
Ensure data integrity.
Interpret and answer customer questions and concerns.
Assist with selection of product, answer questions regarding pricing, sizing, estimated delivery dates or other questions regarding specifications.
Ensure the customer's credit limits and circumstances are reviewed in light of the order taken or quote given.
Provide training to staff, distribute workload, check and verify orders and perform other duties as requested by management.
Provide regular communication and support for team on service performance and updates on new department policies, programs, and/or services.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the customer service field.
Demonstrated commitment to total quality principals and tools, communication, planning, organizing, teamwork, collaboration analysis, problem assessment, and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be able to travel as necessary and authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
